As spring is arriving I’m starting to feel so inspired about seasonal food! Also, this juice fast is forcing me to examine my relationship with food in a way I’ve never had to before. I’m looking forward to eating more greens and vegetables. More seafood, less meat. More interesting grains like pearl barley, amaranth and quinoa. Lots of fresh herbs. Avocados. Champagne mangoes. Hard boiled eggs with asparagus on a roll. I’m so hungry! Ahhhhh! Fish! Salad! Nuts! Pickled vegetables with chile oil! Beans! Corn on the cob! Soft, creamy, bloomy cheese!!!!
